What is the TXWES Annual Day of Giving? It is a giving event when all Rams—alumni, students, families, and friends—come together to celebrate and give back to our school. 

When is the 2026 Day of Giving? March 31, 2026

Who can participate? Anyone! The more participants, the faster we release $21,135.00 to strengthen the RAMily!

What counts toward TXWES Day of Giving? Any gift made between March 1 and midnight on March 31 will count toward our goal. Donor-advised funds and stocks are also accepted! Our priority is to raise support for The Wesleyan Fund, but you can boost any aspect of campus that is important to you.

Can I make my gift over the phone? Yes! If you would like to make a gift by phone, please call the Advancement Office at 817.531.5803 (Linda McMillan).

Will my name and donation amount be visible on the campaign page? Your name will appear on the campaign page. No amounts are listed unless you offer a match. You can also choose to remain anonymous.

How can I help make the day a success? First and foremost, make your gift! You can also help by becoming an advocate here on Give Campus and spreading the word with your friends, classmates, and fellow parents. 

Are there talking points I should use when communicating with my fellow RAMily? 

• Gifts to any designation will count!
• Every donation—of any size—matters today! We have a variety of matches and challenges throughout the day which will result in releasing up to an ADDITIONAL $21,135.00 in challenge gifts to boost TXWES and provide today's Ram's with an unbeaten experience! 
• Attend the Big Blue and Gold Birthday Bash in-person on campus on March 31 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm and have a chance to win fabulous prizes, cheer on students, faculty and staff in a cake-eating contest and participate in a scavenger hunt!
• Share on social media when you make your gift and when posting use #TXWESdayofgiving26.

Is my donation 100% tax-deductible?   Yes! Following receipt of your gift, you will receive an acknowledgement email stating that your donation is 100% tax-deductible.
